These Terms govern your use of skillissue.solutions, including the Skill Issue website, download pages, support surfaces, and the optional public analytics profile feature hosted on the site.

Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using skillissue.solutions or the public-profile sharing feature, you agree to these Terms and to the Skill Issue Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enable public sharing.

Eligibility and account connections

License to use the site

Subject to these Terms, Skill Issue grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the site and its public-profile surfaces for their intended purpose.

Acceptable use

Third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers, including X for identity and Cloudflare and Supabase for hosting, authentication, and storage. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and Skill Issue is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Ownership

Skill Issue and its website, branding, software, and service content are owned by Skill Issue or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology to you.

Enforcement and removal

Skill Issue may suspend or remove a public profile, revoke publish credentials, block access to the sharing feature, or restrict use of the site when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, third-party platform requirements, or legal obligations.

Service limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, skillissue.solutions and the public-sharing feature are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Skill Issue does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free publishing, permanent availability of public pages, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Issue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the site or the public-profile feature.

Changes to the service or Terms

Skill Issue may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site or public-profile feature, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
